Don't be intimidated by the tall shelves and tight aisles. Despite the small size they have almost anything you could need. The staff was very knowledgeable about all of the hardware there and helped us choose the right mounting hardware for our TV. We had to come up with a custom solution and they got us everything we need. They even tried to save us money by selling us a different tool than we thought we needed (and what we ended up buying did the job just as well).

Awesome store, possibly the best in the city! You can't find something? Call them and they'll try their best to help you out. They can even make something personalized for you, based on your drawings. Simply the best team!

We needed a very niche part for a kitchen sink. Went to another hardware store trying to get the part and they said we had to get it straight from the manufacturer. Walked into Fulton Hardware and they immediately were helpful and said maybe we can find the part in the back. They did and it saved the day. Love this spot and will be coming here for all hardware needs in the future. So friendly and helpful!

The new key works perfectly. This tiny but big store also has an outstanding team and excellent, caring, and compassionate customer service—each staff member was so helpful and offered great advice and I did not take the name, but especially the key maker🙏. It’s the kind of place that makes me even happier to live in this neighborhood, as it truly adds to the quality and magic of city life. The store is also well-stocked with everything you might need for your home. Thank you so much—I’ll definitely be back!
